Return and Refund Policy

Faulty Items
If an item you receive from us is faulty, broken or not as described, you have 20 calendar days to
return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment that the
purchase was made.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
We are happy to negotiate a size swap if the size ordered does not fit, however, please check our
sizing charts and advice before placing your order.
For return of faulty items, please read above.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days depending on the your original payment method.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a size swap.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
In the event of a faulty or broken item being returned, once we receive the item and upon inspection
and a refund being issued, we will also reimburse the cost of the return shipping.

Clearance Items
Clearance items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a major fault caused on our behalf that
was not aforementioned at the time of it being listed for sale, in which case, we would offer a replacement
or a refund at our discretion if the product can no longer be replicated.
